The annual servicing of thermostatic mixing valves and testing of backflow prevention devices is a statutory requirement.

These services are undertaken by fully qualified plumbers who are familiar with the numerous make and models of these valves.
For your peace of mind the client is reminded by Nu-trend Plumbing prior to the scheduled servicing that these items are due to be serviced.

A suitable time is arranged in consultation with the client and if required parts are obtained prior to undertaking the works.

When thermostatic mixing valves are serviced a service sheet is left recording the result and works undertaking during the service.
It is a requirement of Sydney Water that backflow prevention devices are tested annually and that copies of the test certificate is left with the customer and one is sent to Sydney Water by Nu-trendPlumbing.

If any defects are identified as a result of the servicing and testing of these items then they are brought to the attention of the client and quotations are provided for subsequent repairs.
